About the team

One (COMPANY NAME) Learning is part of the (COMPANY NAME) HR organization and helps (COMPANY NAME) to maximize its Talent potential through the provision of professional development programs to Managers and Employees.

In this role, you'll be:

* Building and maintaining strong networks across the (COMPANY NAME) HR organization

* Supporting strategic HR projects

* Contributing to development of content for meetings

* Supporting with the design of content materials which enable (COMPANY NAME) employees and Managers on the learning portfolio

* Enhancing existing communications and marketing content

* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of current communications

* Creating new content for global audiences including:

* Innovative e-mail campaigns, banners, images

* Enticing blog posts, instructional texts and other copy

* Compelling and engaging presentations

* Other supporting materials such as flipbooks, videos, and other media

How you will do it:

* Running internal communication and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders

* Working with customer feedback to continuously improve services

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* Fluency in English

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Obtaining a University Degree in HR, Education, Business Studies, Economics, Communication or similar

* Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

* Knowledge of Excel an advantage

* Interculturally sensitive and enjoy working in an international environment

* Motivation to work in a consumer- focused environment

* Strong aptitude for Continuous Improvement and learning

* Solution-orientated with a passion for creating excellent customer experiences

* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently

* Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
