(COMPANY NAME) is looking for a smart and ambitious operational intern to join the (COMPANY NAME) commerce team based in Dublin. The primary responsibility will be to support us with acquisition, education and incubation activities, whilst also working with creators to develop a compelling customer proposition. We're looking for pioneers, entrepreneurs and innovators who can help us build the future.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead mining, qualifying, segmenting and other lead management works based on a data-driven approach.
- Work with the team to build showcases and case studies, including targeting, performance tracking and analysis.
- Operate and Incubate (COMPANY NAME) Commerce via different channels such as external communities, emails, phone calls, online/offline events, helping with daily operation, related data consolidation and analysis to boost their growth.
- Assist in market research and produce insights to feed the team targets and business strategies.
- General administrative support to the operation team.
- Other miscellaneous/administrative responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated learning ability, proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- A team player with excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to measure performance based on data analysis
- Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule

Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing using SQL or tableau is a plus.
- Familiar with the E-commerce market and social media trends
