Contesto
Il reparto Release Trending and Compliance fa parte dell'organizzazione di Qaulity Assurance della MPU Primaria.
Le responsabilitÓ principali del Team sono:
Guidare tutte le Governance e gli aspetti del Sistema di QualitÓ all'interno della MPU Primaria.
Guidare le attivitÓ di rilascio dei prodotti bulk nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite.
Eseguire Analisi e trend dati ai fini di monitorare gli aspetti di qualitÓ (DR, CR, CAPA, …) ed effettuare dei trend teorici per valutare scenari futuri.
Guidare tutte le attivitÓ di Inspection Readiness: preparazione, supporto e coordinamento delle attivitÓ ispettive.

AttivitÓ
Comprensione di come gira e si articola il sistema di qualitÓ in una azienda farmaceutica.
Il supporto richiesto sarÓ progressivamente crescente sia nella autonomia dell'esecuzione attivitÓ, sia nella visione globale del reparto e dell'organizzazione:
Inizialmente attivitÓ pi¨ operative:
* Eseguire estrazioni dati;
* Fare degli executive summary (in lingua inglese) per riassumere tutti gli aspetti inerenti il controllo (robustezza e qualitÓ) dei prodotti;
* Preparare presentazioni generali (esempio, agende) dei meeting di Governance
* Partecipazione ai meeting di governance: prendere nota dei punti emersi durante il meeting e redazione di minute nei tempi richiesti.

Altre attivitÓ durante l'esperienza:
* Elaborazione dei dati sui topic richiesti
* Elaborazione di trend predittivi
* Supportare attivitÓ di inspection readiness: revisione liste ispettive, supporto nei meeting

Competenze da sviluppare
* Comprensione dettagliata circa il funzionamento e l'articolazione del sistema di qualitÓ in una azienda farmaceutica.
* Comprensione del funzionamento di una Organizzazione produttiva complessa (interazioni tra funzioni).
* Comprensione dei processi operativi della Manufacturing Unit Primaria.
* Gestione delle attivitÓ nelle tempistiche richieste
* Gestione degli stakeholders

Requisiti
* Studente o Laureato in Discipline Scientifiche, Lingue, Psicologia o similari
* Ottima conoscenza di excel, power point
* Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
* Teamwork, positivitÓ, flessibilitÓ e dinamicitÓ
* CapacitÓ comunicative e relazionali
* Forte propensione per Change agility
