Stage per Tesi in Engineering Services su riqualifica antisismica di uno stabilimento produttivo

Il team di Engineering Services garantisce che tutti i beni immobili aziendali siano progettati secondo i più elevati standard civili/strutturali e mantenuti in ottimo stato, essendo il luogo di lavoro che accoglie la comunità dello stabilimento. In particolare, l'Engineering Services Project Manager guida progetti di investimento in ambito civile orientati a garantire un luogo di lavoro sicuro, eseguendo le valutazioni tecniche, strutturali, architettoniche e di performance energetica ed amministrando i fondi necessari al refresh tecnologico che ne consegue.

Lo stage curriculare in questa area prevede lo svolgimento di una tesi sperimentale dal titolo proposto "Riqualifica antisismica di uno stabilimento produttivo" in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager che guida le attività correlate.

Obiettivi formativi e modalità di svolgimento
Il percorso di stage permetterà di:
* conoscere i principi progettuali di strutture civili industriali e gli aspetti normativi correlati alla sicurezza anti-sismica
* apprendere i principi di base della gestione di progetti di investimento in ambito civile, tra questi l'elaborazione di un budget, la pianificazione delle attività, la gestione di rischi e inconvenienti, il controllo dei costi, la leadership;
* conoscere le dinamiche di gestione dei processi organizzativi in area ingegneria in un contesto altamente strutturato;
* partecipare ai corsi formativi in aula, all'interno del programma (COMPANY NAME) Engineering Academy, erogati da Senior Project Engineers, sui temi di Technical Leadership, Project Management, Aseptic Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Problem Solving, Digital Transformation.
* sviluppare un mindset orientato al risultato;
* sperimentare le valutazioni da eseguire per il miglioramento e l'ottimizzazione dei processi;
* confrontarsi con tematiche normative in materia di Good Manufacturing Practices e sicurezza di impianti.

Qualifiche e Competenze:
* Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria
* Curiosità
