Position Snapshot

* Full-time internship
* Undergraduates or graduates in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Position Summary

Ensure correct classification of spare parts in accordance with ISO guideline. Apply lean methodology for the proper parts coding and stock value assignation, creation of material code in the factory management system and phisical attribution of shelf for the store. Obsolete codes analysis for write-off or re-classification, periodic auditing activity of the parts stored.

A day in the life of...

* Support the team for the correct classification of spare parts and classify them in accordance with ISO guidelines for a fast and easy reordering, apply lean methodology for the proper criticality level assignation and stock value;
* Support the team in the creation of new dedicated physical area in the shelf unit for the parts management and assign them in the management system for an easy sourcing by the technical personnel;
* Support the team performing periodic audit on the parts stored in order to ensure the alignment between physical and accounting data;
* Support the team in dedicated analysis on obsolete stock working with technical personnel for the reclassification of the parts or write-off;
* Apply the write-off procedure for the physical and accounting elimination of the parts following the financial guidelines.
