You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and assist them with their requests.
You will provide the Assistants Front Office Managers with assistance in complaints management.
You will welcome VIP guests and make sure they enjoy their stay.
You will help with writing correspondance to the guests (welcome cards, apologies...)
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Italian and fluent English.
Degree in hospitality is a plus
