Help shape the future: You will participate in the HR department supporting the HRBP in many activities; You will translate our departments needs into HR actions;
Use your creativity and freedom: You will be proactively involved in the Employer Branding projects such as Vocational Training and University events;
Take Responsibility: You will be our interns' HRBP having responsibilities 360° on our internship management (e.g. recruiting, on boarding, budgeting etc.);
Structured evaluation: You will closely cooperate with the management leading the performance appraisal of our interns;
Think holistically: You will support the HR Office in Internal Communication Activities;
Conscientious coordination: You will coordinate training activities;
Structured observation: You will perform HR reporting data in cooperation with our HR Service and external stakeholders;
Live Internationally: You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.
Education: Thesis student or newly graduated in HR Management, Economy, Law, Psychology or similar academic background;
Experience and Know How: Academic knowledge HR fields;
Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Personality: goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities;
Language skills: Fluent English, German will be a plus;
Interests: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
