Job Description:


You will have chance to experience and learn how to manage with Human Capital processes:
* collecting quantitative and qualitative process data and helping Human Capital Process Team to provide Business with service quality levels through analysis and measures of the effectiveness of existing processes in order to increase productivity and level of service quality
* helping manager in creating or updating new Human Capital process flows, by assisting the editing of existing flows based on the analysis and needs of Human Capital Competence Lines
* assisting on monitoring and on control systems related to service levels on Human Capital administrative services
* assisting Human Capital Process Team in defining guidelines, by learning (COMPANY NAME) internal regulations and related levels of standards for the Human Capital Delivery Model in terms of efficiency and service innovation


Following features are recommended:
* attitude for Human Capital processes and programs
* problem solving and willing to learn about Human Capital process analysis and reengineering
* fluency in both written and spoken English
* good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Project etc..)
* multi-tasking and resilient, good communication skills for taking part of international Company
* strong attitude to cooperation within the team and the Company

The Human Capital Processes unit, part of the newly constituted department within the HR function namely Human Capital Service and Transformation Management Office, has the mission to analyze the performance level of Human Capital processes and their tools through specific indicators, and create initiatives to improve and overhaul the HR service model, making it more efficient, effective, human centric, simple and optimal.
With this aim, Human Capital Processes unit is in charge for the following activities:
* Define the standards of the HR Delivery Model at the Group level in terms of efficiency and innovation of the service
* Assure continuous improvement of HR processes in terms of automation and digitization
* Identify all impacts coming from improvement opportunities of the existing HR service model and define an overall action plan
* Identify overlaps and inefficiencies
