Job Description:
(COMPANY NAME) Italy is looking for an HR role who will primarily be responsible for payroll, onboarding and Wellness Program for employees.
We are offering an Apprenticeship Contract of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of payroll documentation, communication with external payroll provider
* HR help desk to employees and managers in respect to admin processes and general HR questions
* Support the local internal communication: preparation of newsletters and communication of any local event, initiative and organizational change.
* Administer proactive programs, procedures and plans as it relates to driving employee engagement, employee relations, employee well-being (Total wellbeing program), diversity and inclusion. Plan and organize quarterly wellness programs and roll our corporate programs
* Onboarding and orientation process for new employees (announcement, people in motion, supporting hiring managers with onboarding)
* Bring support for the organization of specific internal events (E.g. : Country meeting).
* Data Management - proper use of all HR systems, ensure compliance, maintain data up-to-date
* Supporting in H&S activities
* Keep up to date with market situation and regularly monitor development of local labour market
* Other incidental duties
Education, Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's Degree (HR related field) and min 1 year of previous related Human Resources experience
* Experience with payroll preparation highly preferred
* Fluent English
* Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
* Moderate knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday)
* Moderate knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas including: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leadership Development and Organizational Development
* Moderate knowledge and understanding of applicable state employment laws and compliance implications
* Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, good presentation and facilitation skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
* Strict attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
