Hr Intern - Retail Meina (Middle East & India)

Job Description:

The candidate will join the Talent People Management Department, located in Milan.
We are seeking a motivated and curious HR Intern to join our Retail EMEA Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment. The intern will support the HR Business Partner responsible for the Middle East and India Retail markets, contributing to key HR processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
* Support in the recruitment processes for retail store staff, such as job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination;
* Assist with hiring procedures, such as document collection and data entry into the HR management system;
* Support in monitoring deadlines, such as contract expirations, probation periods, and required documentation;
* Assist in collecting and maintaining HR data and reports;
* Support the HR team in the implementation of Retail special projects, in collaboration with Retail and other HQ Department.

Key requirements
* Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
* Fluent in English, other languages would be considered as a plus;
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
