About this position

What you´ll do

* Be involved in a wide range of international HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
* Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
* Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
* Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
* Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

* Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other related field
* Problem solving capabilities
* Team working spirit
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organizational and planning skills
* Fluency in English, Italian is mandatory
