Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Legal team, with a specific focus on Brand Protection and Intellectual Property (IP). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and to work closely with experts in brand protection and IP enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

The intern will support the team in various activities related to brand protection and IP management, including:
* Assisting in the filing of customs alert applications and monitoring customs block procedures.
* Supporting investigations and anti-counterfeiting operations, including raids against counterfeit goods.
* Contributing to online brand protection activities aimed at identifying and removing infringing content or products.
* Assisting the IP Team in the management of civil and criminal litigations related to intellectual property infringements.
* Helping maintain and update the archive of trademark and design certificates.
* Participating in the systematic mapping and documentation of decisions in the field of intellectual property law and enforcement.

Requirements:
* Recent graduate in Law.
* Strong interest in brand protection and intellectual property rights.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal databases is a plus.
