Work on hands-on projects
As a Coating Operation Specialist, you will carry out the daily production activities in Talamona coating line. You will be part of a collaborative team that complete operation according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.
As a Coating Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out all the NDT tests required by the manufacturing office (roughness check, weight measurement, visual inspection)
* Coordinating the production activities during his working shifts
* Following operational, security and safety polices to ensure internal company compliance

To be successful in this role you will:
* Be eligible for apprenticeship contract
* Be able to show a good general knowledge of coating and post coating processes
* Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages
* Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
* Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
* Be capable of working effectively both in teams and independently
* Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
