(COMPANY NAME) Vaccines is entering a new exciting phase in Continuous Improvement with the launch of 2nd Version of GPS ((COMPANY NAME) Production System) program. To achieve the targets of this program that we will start from September 2020 and it will go on for 2 years, we are creating a New Group of Operational Excellence in each MPU. This group will be Lead by an OE Manager and this manager will be supported by OE Specialists. As the program is new, in the beginning, we have a lot of activity to manage and this Stage will be helping the newly formed team by delivering simpler activities from the Program
The Stage will be running multiple improvement Kaizens, thereby supporting the team in the activities they need to deliver as per the new program and also supporting the CI ideas opened by others for completion. In addition the Stage will be doing flow diagrams for various Primary processes in order for the Team to work on the Process Management piece of GPS.
Competencies to develop
Microsoft Office package, fundamental of visual management, working transversally with multiple stakeholders and effective communication.
- Student or Graduate in Management Engineering, Economics or Similar
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of excel and ppt
- Excellent communications skills
