Internship in Collaboration and Practice Sharing / Group Transformation Office

Job Description:

Posizione

To pursue an internship in our team will allow you to learn and perform the following activities:
* Be part of a dynamic international team, with creative and engaged team members.
* Support operational activities on the collaboration and practice sharing programmes as:
* users support on both platforms (MarketPlace and IdeaSharing);
* create and send periodical newsletters;
* curate some content for MarketPlace (blog) and IdeaSharing (campaigns).
* Take part in the identification, collection and sharing of best practices within the Group.
* Promote collaboration success stories in different channels as blog, yammer, newsletter, etc.
* Ensuring the visibility of collaboration stories and best practices by promoting them in an engaging, comprehensive and simple way through the proactive means of communication - e.g. by preparing explanatory videos and content management.
* Support organizing engaging events with our MarketPlace and Practice Sharing coordinators.
Position: Internship
Location: Milan
Time Factor: 6 month duration, starting date April 2021

Requisiti

* Rigorous and intellectually curious to discover new findings.
* Team player, comfortable to work remotely as the team is distributed in different locations.
* Fluent in written and spoken English, together with good communication skills.
* Proactivity and readiness to take a responsibility.
* Good communication, design and visual presentation skills.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
* Interest in collaboration and practice sharing topics.
