Job Description:
Posizione
You will have chance to experience and learn how to:
* collect quantitative and qualitative process data and help the Team to define and design HR reporting activities related to Hr platform to ensure the metrics and trends are reported to Key stakeholders
* assisting on monitoring KPIs of the Hr Department ensuring trough official reports
* support the Team on management of incident related to Hr services
Requisiti
* Analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
* Ability to work in team with good communications skills
* Willing to learn about data & analytics topics
* Good in both written and spoken English
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Project etc..)
* Some knowledge of programming languages (eg.SQL) is a plus
* Multi-tasking and resilient, good communication skills for taking part of international Company
