Position Snapshot

* Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing

* Full-time internship (6 month)

Position Summary

The successful candidate will join #1 Food & Beverage company in the world and have the opportunity to acquire a thorough knowledge about full funnel paid media advertising campaigns and to be exposed to iconic brands, marketing dynamics, and multiple businesses (e.g. coffee, petfood, beverages, confectionery, etc)

As media team, we are part of Corporate Affairs and Communication and we are the point of reference for the local management and coordination of paid media budget (offline & online) to support the brands communication strategies efficiently and effectively.

A day in the life...

In your role you will support the media team in the following areas:

* Media campaigns management and daily operational tasks: e.g. facilitate conversations, streamline processes, help in organization of tasks and meetings

* Internal reporting administration and process for digital media analysis: e.g. coordinate data collection for quantitative and qualitative reports, share first learnings and insights, contribution to the development of automated dashboards

What will make you successful

* Any understanding of the industry dynamics

* Genuine interest for media and advertising

* Numbers person and analytical skills: you enjoy working with numbers and data

* Mastery Excel and PPT

* Accuracy and attention to detail: numbers are budgets and KPIs

* Fluent in English and Italian: presentations and reporting are in English

* Able to learn quickly and to apply the acquired knowledge in a day-to-day job

* Team player mindset with excellent collaboration skills: you will work with a variety of team members

* Good comunicator

* Act with passion, highly motivated to learn, support and contribute

* Proactivity, flexibility, adaptability: you will be cross brands and cross tasks

* Any knowledge of media planning and advertising tools will be considered a plus
