Role Value Proposition
Group Real Estate addresses, controls and coordinates all activities related to the real estate assets owned by the Group with the objective of preserving and maximizing their value. Moreover, the structure implements appreciation and development strategies regarding the Group's RE Portfolio.
Group RE Portfolio & Transactions department offers commercial, technical and administrative real estate services for the Group; it supports in managing and optimizing the portfolio of property owned for strategic and non-strategic assets; it manages and optimizes the Real Estate budget in terms of cost and investments; it promotes and controls property transactions and projects carried out by the other companies of the Group.
