This position is for the Secondaries & Primaries Investment Team that has recently closed the world's largest ever $30bn secondaries platform fund, ASF IX, in January 2025.

Tasks & Responsibilities (Private Equity Secondaries & Primaries)

* Supporting the investment process:
* Preparation of investment models and memorandums for Secondaries (pricing and execution), Primary fund investments, and Direct co-investments;
* Financial modelling and analysis;
* Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions

* Assisting in the monitoring of existing private equity investments:
* Portfolio management and allocation;
* Market and financial research

* Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials:
* Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials;
* Market research;
* Investor reporting materials

Minimum Qualifications
* Top academic performance from leading universities;
* The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player. He/she should be able to critically assess an industry's competitive dynamic, cyclicality, and profit pools; a target company's current competitive position, operational performance and future earnings capacity; and customer and/or supplier relationships. He/she should also have strong financial modelling skills;
* Ideally the candidate would have prior experience in an investment bank/corporate advisory/ private equity/consulting position;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential;
