Job Summary
The (COMPANY NAME) Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.
Start Date January 20, 2025

What you will do
As a Customer Issue Resolution Intern, you will:
* Develop a tool to track extruders efficiently and gather data to deploy losses during production;
* Create a tool from scratch;
* It is desirable to have an application project that has in its background;
* Intermediate English.
Bachelor's Studies in: Mechatronics or similar.
As a Packaging Solutions Intern, you will:
* Procedure mapping;
* Production planning and logistics;
* Excel/Word intermediate;
* Advanced English.
Bachelor's Studies in: Industrial or Logistics Engineering.
As a Finance & Supplier Management Intern, you will:
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand the pipeline of projects/purchases and execute according to the needs, following current policies;
* Drive Local / Regional Sourcing and Contracting process;
* Drive supplier development activities (sourcing), together with stakeholders;
* Drive negotiation and contracting, considering contracts, bank guarantees, specifications in correct order of importance;
* Ensure supplier contract legal compliance with support from legal department;
* Ensure purchasing deliverables meet business objectives in time, cost, and quality, while maintaining good relationship with stakeholders;
* Drive process improvement initiatives related to current way of working and be a change agent promoting efficiencies in the process;
* Excel/Office advanced;
* Intermediate English.
Bachelor's Studies in: Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering.
We believe you have
* Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
* Bachelor's studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected.
* Have availability to complete 1-year contract.
* Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge.
* Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
* Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
* Expected graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
