Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: active student in final semesters of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
* Experience:
* Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Ford Production System (FPS) concepts.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both hourly operators and salaried leadership.
* Self-starter attitude with high initiative to take ownership of assigned projects with limited supervision.
* Intermediate to Advanced English level (written and spoken)

Preferred Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience:
* Previous internship or co-op experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment (machining or powertrain experience is a strong plus).
* Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes), cutting tool geometry, and machining parameters.
* Familiarity with PLC logic, automation, or robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards (LOTO, ergonomics)
