The pushbelt, produced by (COMPANY NAME), is used by different automobile manufacturers. It is a crucial part of the continuously variable transmission. To develop a pushbelt, several type of calculations are performed. One of those calculations determines the amount of slip that will occur under different circumstances. (COMPANY NAME) uses 2 models for this calculation and optimizes a transmission layout with these calculations. One of the models is written in Matlab and the other model is written in Mathcad. You will be asked to incorporate the Mathcad program in the Matlab script and make a sensible user interface for the new Matlab script. There is a possibility that this program will be incorporated in an overall model. In that case an additional communication module needs to be prepared.
Your challenge is to make the system your own. You have to rewrite the models into another system and streamline both systems by creating user interfaces.
Need to haves:
* You are following a university of applied science study in the direction of Mechanical Engineering.
* You are analytical, mathematical and have spatial insight.
* You are familier with Matlab.
Nice- to- haves:
* You are proactive and know how to work independently.
