Internship: Third Party Supply Chain
Starting Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-9 months
In this internship, you have the opportunity to contribute to optimize financial business processes and support project management activities. You will maintain and improve the data Knowledge Management platform. After this internship, you will have a good understanding of financial business processes and the European EU-MDR law. Both will have an impact on the integral business of Philips Healthtech. It will also help you develop stakeholder management and change management skills and expose you to Philips' suppliers.
You are responsible for
* Enabling smooth invoice processing
* Implementing improvements identified before.
* Identifying further improvement opportunities
* Manage & track progress on product data collection from suppliers
* Coordinate evaluate/validation of large supplier data sets in cooperation with Supplier Quality
You are a part of
the Third Party Center of Excellence team, which belongs to the Supply Chain organization. The Third Party CoE focuses on defining and driving programs related to the integral value chain of 3rd party products that are purchased for resale in the sales organizations enabling Philips to deliver complete solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
* You are currently studying Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration
* Strong analytical skills, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Strong communication skills, fluent in English
* Hand-on, pragmatic mindset ('can do'), result-oriented
* Can work well individually as well as being part of a team
* Affinity with supply chain and finance
* Ability to define and optimize business processes
