HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
By providing additional support to the Multibrand Client Relations Center's management team during our peak season, you will help ensure excellence and efficiency across our department. You will focus on supporting the onboarding of our temporary holiday staff, maintaining a robust knowledge base, and providing insights into our daily operations. You will assist our Learning & Development Specialist in preparing for and welcoming our newest team members, both in the back end as well as by delivering trainings. You will support our Knowledge Management Specialist by ensuring timely updates of new information and resources to the Ambassador team. You will analyse and summarize key reports to provide insights to the management team on a weekly basis, in addition to other ad hoc operational requests as necessary.

* Maintain proficient communication in English, both written and oral. French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish a plus.
