What will your essential responsibilities include?
* Liaising with local underwriters to update branded wordings and supplementary documentation
* Creating documentation, presentations and meeting notes
* Active support of Core Team members reporting to Head of Poland Shared Service Center
* Be involved in creation of internal Newsletter and Center Sharepoint Site
* Participation in internal and external meetings
* Accurate and timely entry of data into (COMPANY NAME) XL systems and databases
* Supporting Core team in analysis
* Prompt and accurate resolution of data issues
* Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed
You will report to local manager.
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
* Student actively pursuing Bachelors or Master's Degree
* Fluent English (both oral and written).
* Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
* Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
* Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure
* Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
