Employer Branding and Recruiting Internship/Working student (Paid)
What you will do...
Payworks is a rapidly growing Fintech Startup. We are currently opening up a brand new office in Poznan. For this exciting phase in our growth we are looking for a motivated and ambitious intern/working student to support us in finding and attracting the right talent to join our new office.
-You get creative and generate new ideas to push Payworks employer brand in Poland.
-You will help find the right talent through LinkedIn and other searches.
-You create engaging and interesting interactions with potential candidates.
-You pre-screen applications for tech and non-tech positions.
-You take over first rounds of phone interviews.
-You schedule further round of interviews and coordinate the application process.
-You coordinate the on-boarding process activities of new hires .
-You support the HR Team in projects and with research.

What we are looking for...
-You are enrolled in a higher semester of a business or social sciences degree.
-You have a keen interest in HR.
-You have already experience with Recruiting and you have some experience with conducting interviews.
-Previous experience with LinkedIn or other social media channels is a plus.
-You are a good team player with excellent communication skills and very good command of English.
-You easily connect with people regardless of their role and position. Your outgoing personality makes it easy for you to build rapport quickly, in person and over the phone.
-Your are service-minded, enthusiastic, organised and able to adapt to changing requirements
-Full-time or part-time for 6 months with the opportunity to extend the contract or even joins us as a full time employee after you finished your studies!
