Your Mission

(COMPANY NAME) Engineering is looking for a Curricular Internsip Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the Talent Acquisition team.

Your Role

* Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key needs and requirements
* Application screenings and interviews
* Manage the offer process
* Create and maintain a Talent Pipeline
* Keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selective process
* Advertise in line with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and promote the (COMPANY NAME) Engineering brand externally and in social media activities

Your Profile

* Currently enrolled in Degree Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economy or similar;
* Fluency in English;
* People enthusiast;
* Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner
The position is an integrated internship as part of the completion of a bachelor's or master's degree.
