Guest Experience Intern

Job Description:

This is an internship or ontract, on-site role for a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) located in Lisbon. The GEM will be responsible for managing guest relationships, ensuring excellent service, and enhancing the guest experience. Daily tasks include executing receptionist duties with professionalism, quality control of the property and its presentation, assisting guests and team members with inquiries, searching and coordinating inventory replacement and coordinating suppliers. The role requires a proactive and guest-focused approach to ensure a high standard of service delivery
