Based in Lisbon, the Premium Flow sales trading desk covers clients jointly with on-shore regional sales on Listed and OTC Equity Derivatives as well as ETFs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Lisbon, the EQD Sales Assistant team is organized in sub-scopes, each servicing different EQD Sales desks across both businesses of the global EQD franchise (Distribution and Institutionals). Team members are responsible for:
Reverse Inquiry Flow
Picking up Client requests
Pricing (or liaising with Structuring to price) requested products
Interacting/Negotiating with Clients to close transactions
Interacting with Clients to finalize their on-boarding
Making pre-trade validations to ensure trading is allowed (Compliance / Credit / etc...)
Finalizing booking of Traded deals in the Sales upstream system
Interacting with our internal MO to BO chain, regarding any traded deal
Interacting with Clients and Client Services, regarding any traded deal
Digitalization / Transformation
Continuously escalading feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow
Improving conversion ratio of high touch flow into Lite flow (through either Click&Trade or MailParser)
Understanding of flow products and ETFs, exposures, the financial industry at large, market impacts.
Perfect fluency in English. French a plus. International culture, ability to support team members.
Focus, precision and initiative. Ability to handle the pressure of a demanding fast-pace environment.
Solid grasp on MS Office suite; VBA proficiency and any other IT skills a plus.
