You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Operations Trainee is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the allocated department. Training period is offered for 6 months / 1 year in Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Front Office departments
* Pre-graduates and post-graduates in Hospitality / Tourism / Restaurant / Culinary management only.
* Experience of previous internships / training in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
* Creativity, open minded, a can-do attitude a plus
