Responsibilities: 
* Manage full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns across (COMPANY NAME)'s Data Science team
* Develop deep, long-lasting relationships with university officials: professors, program advisors, teaching assistants, student leaders, career services, student organizations and candidates
* Design school-specific strategies to build on-campus brand and the (COMPANY NAME) value proposition to students
* Identify, plan, manage, and execute on-campus events for (COMPANY NAME) that result in attracting top university talent in unique and creative ways within scoped budget 
* Activate candidates and ensure a smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience
* Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
* Partner with Hiring Managers and supporting teams on business needs in order to build a competitive strategy and meet hiring goal
* Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
* Assist with headcount planning across Data Science 
* Build intern calibration, evaluation metric and offer process for related programs
* Act as a resource to interns throughout their internship, including on-boarding, performance evaluation, and offer process
* Create alignment and partnership with hiring teams

Requirements: 
* BA/BS degree with 2+ years of recruiting, programs/project management, or event experience 
* Experience with full-cycle recruiting (variety of roles preferred)
* Creative and enjoys working on challenges and thinking outside the box
* Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout hiring process
* Solid experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers
* Willingness to work flexible hours
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
* Passionate about candidate experience: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts. It's the University Recruiter's job to ensure a smooth experience from beginning to end in partnership with peers

* Willing and excited to travel 10-20% of the time during the academic year
* Passionate about event planning and promoting the (COMPANY NAME) brand on campus
* Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
Preferred Requirements: 
* Notable experience working in university recruiting or university programs
* Flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
* Proficiency in MS Office/Google products
