Incumbent will work with various team to formulate and implement communication strategy, setting objectives and measurements to increase effectiveness of the delivery team.
* Work with various team to formulate and implement communication strategy
* Setting comm objectives & measurement
* Develop comm package for ASEAN customer service center (CSC) and operation support center (OSC)
* Enhance the image and understanding on CSC & OSC by internal and external customers
* Ensure all compliance across communication are being upheld
* Major in marketing, public relations, or communication
* Strong interpersonal / communication / influencing skills
* Fluent in English
* Demonstrated ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel
* Willingness to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
