Insights into your Role

The Associate Consultant will work with our highly talented and experienced (COMPANY NAME) Professional Services Team to deliver creative solutions to our customers to help unlock the benefits of our (COMPANY NAME) products. In this role, you will use your technical, consultative, communication, and leadership skills to support the successful implementation of (COMPANY NAME) software solutions (Cloud, Mobility, Network/Security) in a variety of industry verticals and customer environments.

You may have an opportunity to work with customer and other team members on the day-to-day tasks involved with the solution delivery, including, but not limited to: planning, customer assessments, system configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Manager of Education, this position is responsible for advising customers on their education requirements, developing sales opportunities, growing education bookings, and working with the field sales teams to drive education attachment and closing business for (COMPANY NAME) training business across ASEAN.

The key responsibilities for the position includes but not limited to the following:

Work with marketing team to develop education and certification campaigns.

*

Represent (COMPANY NAME) at trade shows and events when required.

*

Assist on sales lead generation pipeline and/or related work.

*

Participate in sales "Blitz" days to promote new education offerings and create any upsell and cross sell opportunities driving incremental bookings and revenue.

*

Be part of a business process by coordinating deal requirements; involve in developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
