Job Description Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for providing post-sales customer service for GE's Grid Automation products. This will include protection relay repairs based in our Singapore regional repair centre, customer service and technical support for Grid Automation products, and project and engineering support for regional projects team.

Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist in the operations of our regional repair centre
- Assist in fault-finding and repairing electronic protection equipment
- Provide customer support for application and product queries
- Opportunity to learn and execute CRM and case management tools
- Analysing data and preparing reports
- Exposure to transmission and distribution protection and SCADA schemes

Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering or similar
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
- Possess good communication skills
