MAIN PURPOSE

The Intern HR Operations Coordinator role assists in the operational aspect of the HR Department and provides support in the department's functional areas, which covers on boarding, off boarding, employee records, employee relations, medical insurance, GOSI and benefits administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES On boarding of New Employees Communicate employment and visa requirements to new joiners upon acceptance of offer Collect and check all submitted documents. Initiate work permit application

Prepare all necessary arrangements before arrival of new employee (if applicable), i.e. flight, temporary accommodation, airport pick-up. Initiate SAP onboarding and update the online tool upon completion of manager's equipment requests Request settling in-allowance and accommodation cheque for new employee (if applicable) Contribute to the logistical and administrative aspects of the (COMPANY NAME) Orientation program

Exit Process for Leavers

* Communicate exit process to leaving employee and schedule exit process meeting

* Request clearance from different departments for terminated employees

* Assist in preparing final settlement and work visa cancellation

* Liaise with PRO for visa cancellation or transfer

Health and Life Insurance

* Prepare application of new joiners to health and life insurance

* Assist in cancellation of health and life insurance membership of leaving employees

* Collect requirements and request to add employees' dependents to health insurance

Budgeting & reporting

* Contribute to data input, assumptions and computation of quarterly budget updates

* Assist in generation of dashboard and reports with analysis and comments

TRAINING SCHEME AND MENTORING

* Shadowing of HR Executive to discover the different functions

* 2 weeks of training at our Regional office in Dubai

* Allocation of a mentor (HR Manager) with monthly touch points to:

* Provide coaching and guidance

* Monitor progress

* Ensure readiness at the time of permanent employment

* Technical training sessions on the use of SAP

* Project: End of internship deliverable to be presented before a panel composed of senior

* Management and university representative.

TARGET PROFILE

* Nationality: Saudi

* Education: HR/Business Administration

* Experience: Fresh Graduate

* Technical skills: Analytical skills, Good command of Excel and broad IT environment.

* Personal skills:

* Curious, problem solver.

* Team player.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), English mandatory

* Able to work in a fast-changing multicultural environment.

* Detail oriented, thorough and quick.

* Strong interest in luxury goods retailing
