We are looking for an assistant to join our team in the tourism sector. You will be in constant contact with our clients, providing quality customer service, and you will be responsible for managing reservations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing reservations and coordinating with clients
- Regular communication with hosts to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintaining and managing our social media networks to promote our services
- Supervising the apartments on-site and handling related administrative tasks
We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with a good sense of customer service and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in the tourism sector or hotel management would be a plus.
