We are looking for a Rental Management Trainee to join our team in Marbella, Spain. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the most professional and experienced managers in the short-term rental industry. This is an amazing internship opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience and build their career in the hospitality and property management sectors.

As a Rental Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our team with managing all short-term rental properties in Marbella. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting with guest communications, including responding to inquiries and reservations
Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including key exchanges
Assisting with property inspections and maintenance checks
Supporting the management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting
Conducting research and analysis to help optimize our rental management processes
Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, owners, and partners
Driving to and from properties for various tasks, such as check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Must have a valid driver's license
