Location: Madrid

Length: 6 months
Time: 35 hours/week

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Contribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology.

You are responsible for

* Analyze the service indicators' information
* Supporting colleagues in using our internal application Req2Res: being a part of tests, launching and support for ServiceMax new users
* Check out and approves operational quality of system equipment
* Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
* Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
* Work on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis

You are a part of
A dynamic and high technology team, that collaborates with different businesses.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
* Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree: IT, Software, Telecommunications (currently enrolled)
* Experience working with software management. Very good Excel knowledge would be a plus.
* Highly motivated towards new technologies
* Fluent English and Spanish is a must
* Well organized
* With good communication skills
* Ability to join as soon as possible, working 35h/week
