EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are now seeking for recent graduates to join our Global Support Center located in Madrid. You will be responsible for helping (COMPANY NAME) Product Support team, acting as a safety-net to ensure successful processing adherence for the customer's incident queue. In addition, we will offer you continuous training to ensure a smooth start and a career development in the Support Engineer role, providing functional and technical support to (COMPANY NAME) customers and learning about different (COMPANY NAME) products. You will be part of a fun and supportive team, always at hand to help with your development.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Bachelor/ Master degree student in Computer Engineering (or other Technology or Scientific area with understanding of programming languages)
* Speaking fluent English
* Customer service oriented person
* Analytic thinking, problem solving and communication skills
* Working experience is not required
