We are looking for an ambitious graduate engineer with a passion for Global Manufacturing for our Plant (name site/locations) that will prepare you for a sustainable and exciting career in (COMPANY NAME)' s Global Manufacturing organization.
You will join professional production teams, work with projects, as well as gain a full understanding of the Global Manufacturing Organization.
During the first time of your career within (COMPANY NAME), you will be qualified for roles within the Manufacturing area.
The purpose of the role is to follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to manufacture and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost.
In this role you will report to Operations and the position will be located in Valls (Spain).

What You Will Do
* Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
* Create technical skills in different areas.
* Support experienced colleagues in daily tasks.
* Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables.
* Perform standard technical tasks and prepare standard operation sheets.
* Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes.

* Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage.
* A Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/Mechatronic/Supply Chain Management /Data Science/IT or equivalent (less than 18 months ago is a prerequisite)
* Outstanding academic achievement is an advantage
* Excellent level of English and local language is required.
* Mobility and readiness to change location and country as a part of career evolution is highly appreciated
* Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrates the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success.

In Iberia (COMPANY NAME) manufactures and sells consumer goods products under our well-known brands DEMAK-UP, COLHOGAR and TENA as well as private label tissue & personal care products.
We have 3 manufacturing sites in the Iberia region (Allo - Navarra, Telde - Gran Canaria, Valls - Tarragona), and 4 commercial offices (Madrid, Barcelona, Tarragona and Lisbon), with approx. 1200 employees.
The Valls factory is located in the little town of Puigpelat, Tarragona with approx. 500 employees. We produce Professional Hygiene products, Tissue and Personal Care.
