Descripción del puesto

We're looking for an eCommerce Intern to oversee the design, development, maintenance, and measurement of our website as we scale.

The right candidate has experience owning end-to-end web products that create elegant and delightful customer experiences, drive business priorities, and support growth at scale through a relentless focus on conversion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Contribute to e-comm strategy and vision to prioritize user experience and product awareness

Develop and enhance our website structure and functionality to increase conversion and the time people spend on our site

Define, implement and measure A/ B testing to increase website performance

Define the strategy to double our website's conversion rate, a key goal for the company

Define and implement a strategy to promote cross-selling and increase AOV by 20%.

Collaborate with our UX/UI Designer to create a visual experience that really engages with our target and help better understand our brand and products proposition

Take on the day to day project management of website design, apps, and technical implementations

Lead a team of external developers to achieve all the development goals.

Analyze sales data and hotjar to make data-driven decisions.

Report to the CEO

Perfil

YOU WILL BE

* You have experience as an E-commerce Intern or similar positions in digital companies
* Have a solid understanding of UX design principles
* Detail-oriented and visual thinker
* Data-driven mindset
* Previous experience with Shopify and Hotjar
