Kitchen Internship

Job Description:

Would you like to join our teams as an intern? This is a great opportunity to be part of a 5* Resort in Sotogrande and develop your skills.
We are looking for an intern to assist Kitchen department.
Providing friendly, sincere and personalized service is one of the ways our colleagues turn moments into memories for our guests at SO/ Sotogrande.
Some of your main tasks would be:
* Helpi in the preparation of dishes and menus.
* Simple kitchen tasks: peeling, storing, cleaning, preparing…
* Learn how to present dishes.
* Help in the preparation of desserts and pastries.
* Be sure that dishes are always clean.
* Receive and store provisions.
* Sort and clean the kitchen: floors, work surfaces, tools…
* Follow-up stocks.

What we need from you:
* Availability during, at least, 6 months
* Languages: Spanish (English would be valuable)
* Culinary Degree or related studies.
* Great attention to detail.
* Ability to work in ad fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and reactive, with a positive attitude, and a good disposition to work as a team.
* Be highly responsible and reliable
* Own vehicle
