LE PURE is setting the highest standards for organic skincare in the entire industry. Nowadays organic skincare certifications tolerate the use of chemically modified ingredients of natural origin. We consider these modified ingredients to be subproducts of the original raw materials and therefore only use physical processes such as cold pressing and maceration to elaborate our high-performance organic products. 

An important part of our mission is to guide people through the complex field of skincare. The skin is influenced by many factors and helping the clients to improve not only their skincare routine but also their daily habits is crucial for optimal and long lasting results. Our content and our Client Relationship Team help the clients to select the best products for their skin and to identify areas, where they can improve other aspects of their lifestyle from correct application, to sun protection and nutrition.


- Your responsibilities in this role will span across a range of crucial areas within the Operations Division and you will gain valuable insights:
- Client Relationship Leadership: Following a comprehensive training period, you will act as the primary liaison for our clients, primarily handling inquiries via email. Your aim will be to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions in alignment with our corporate strategy and country-specific processes. Analyse the client inquiries and suggest improvements on our internal processes is also a key responsibility of this position.

- Skin Consultant: Following the treatment protocols of our website, you will provide personalised skincare consultations to clients and forward more complex assessment within the team. Your objective is to enhance client experiences, guide them through their skincare journeys, and guarantee their satisfaction.

- Knowledge Base and AI: You will assist with organizing our skincare knowledge base, manage translations and approvals as well as assist with the implementation of AI tools to streamline the client communication process.

- Online Reputation Management: You will actively manage our online reputation by monitoring customer reviews and responding to incoming messages across our social media platforms. Furthermore, you will proactively engage with customers to seek their feedback, ensuring all interactions are addressed promptly and effectively.

- Daily Operations: You will supervise the processing of orders, payments and invoices, and shipping documentation through our website and ERP. You will proactively anticipate potential delivery delays or incidents, coordinating with our carriers to ensure quick and efficient solutions. Your prompt action and regular updates to clients will transform potential claims into positive customer experiences.

- Order Preparation and Logistics: You will assist with the preparation of orders and coordinate the preparation of promotion materials. You will communicate ideas to improve the customer experience and assist with sourcing new packaging materials. In case of incidents with our operational suppliers, you will be responsible for thorough follow-up and resolution management.

- Process Improvement: You will gain valuable insights into the functioning of an international e-commerce business and have the opportunity to propose improvements to our daily operations and coordinate with the team for implementation. 

- Accounting and Export: Assist with maintaining the CRM database, create invoices and export documentation for international shipments.

- Sales Support & Administration: In this key role, you will serve as the voice of the customer within our organisation. You will convey customer feedback and actively suggest enhancements to maximise sales potential. You'll also provide essential support in organizing special events or initiatives involving customers, thereby enriching our relationship with them and driving business growth.

Candidate Requirements:


Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic. The role requires a problem-solving mindset, customer empathy, assertiveness, a proactive attitude, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Further requirements include:

- Only final year or master's degree students with availability for 6-12 months
- Fluent Spanish, with exceptional written and oral skills
- High-level English proficiency; fluency in French or German is a plus
- Experience and/or a passion for interaction with international clients
- EU work permit or valid EU work visa
- Barcelona-based


A full-time, 6-month internship contract with the possibility of extension based on performance
Remuneration according to experience
Acquisition of a varied skill set within a dynamic, international team
