Our Accounts department in Madrid is looking for an Economics or Business Administration graduate or postgraduate student to undertake a temporary work experience placement with it starting in April 2020 and lasting till the end of August 2020. The placement will be remunerated.
The role involves a full time work experience position (9.30 to 14.00 hrs. and 15.30 to 19.00 hrs., Monday to Friday, providing:
Accounting and administrative support in the areas of Suppliers and Accounts
First-level assistance in relation to enquiries received from staff in the Spanish offices
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
To apply for this work placement, you must:
Have just completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Economics or Business Administration at a Spanish university
Have knowledge of accounting concepts and practice
Have a medium/good level of spoken and written English (B2) and a native level of Spanish
Be proficient in the use of IT, and in particular the MS Office suite
Have good self-organisation skills and be capable of working in a responsible, expeditious and flexible manner and prioritising tasks appropriately
Ideally, it should be possible to cover the work placement with a Training Agreement (Convenio de Cooperación Educativa) with a Spanish university or similar establishment.
