Customer Care Trainee

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

* Provide support and work closely with the Customer Care team, gradually assuming tasks of increasing responsibility

* Perform activities linked to order management, planning, logistics and supply chain

* Liaise with different customers and work closely with various internal departments

* You have an advanced level of English

* Quick learner capable of multi-tasking

* Excellent communication skills and team spirit

* Knowledge of MS office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus
