Reporting to the Marketing Leader, will be responsible for driving brand Planning process from development to execution and following up brand performance.
Reporting to Head of Brand Management, will manage an intern and will
work transversally with a cross functional team (content, CI & digital media).
Main missions and responsibilities
* Development of the 3Y strategic plan and annual brand plan, identifying drivers for growth and financial performance
* Monitor achievement and development opportunities of current strategy. Track and report KPIs and draw appropriate insights and recommendations
* Deeply know and understand consumer target to propose activities that resonate among them
* Secure execution and follow up- through of annual plans
* Alignment with international strategy with constant communication with BO
* Manage brand budget taking full responsibility for the A&P Budget.
* Lead selection and briefings with local agencies and cross functional teams
* Constantly follow market evolution first hand and understand business needs
* Team management, motivation and development (ie intern, CM…)
* Close collaboration with internal departments
