BAT Spain IS LOOKING FOR A Trade Intelligence Intern

SENIORITY LEVEL: Internship

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary

LOCATION: Madrid

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Trade Marketing team and acts as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.

The role is responsible for monitoring and analysis of the objective's fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.

Reports to: Trade Intelligence Manager

Geographic Scope: Spain

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

* Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.

* Plan trade activities in CRM systems ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.

* Monitoring and analysis of the objective's fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.

* Comprehensive management of the incentive scheme of our commercial network.

* Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.

* Financial knowledge for the management of the incentive scheme for field force.

* High-level Microsoft Office skills for document design for cross-departmental and multi-user use.

* Good communication and peer relationship skills.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* University degree (Master's degree will be a plus).

* Advanced level of English (both oral and written).

* Advanced level of Spanish (both oral and written).

* Critical and analytical capacity and thinking.

* High-level skills in Microsoft Office.

* Financial knowledge.

* Innovation, creativity.

* Customer orientation: Effective negotiation skills.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, Strong influencing.

* Problem solving and making things happen.
