The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission. You will join the Global Digital Customer Support Team that aims at digitizing our services provided to our Customers for commercial and technical issues. To support our digital transformation, you will be involved in collaborating in all aspects of the analysis, design, test and delivery of Business Requirements related to the Customer Support online case management solution, the application that we use to report and follow up commercial and technical related issues reported by our customers. What will you do? Collaborate to efficient delivery of the regular Application Enhancement Releases and future Evolution of existing and new functionalities Analyze Business Requirement/Stories and backlogs (Kanban boards), collaborate to the Design and Develop Solution Enhancements, Write & Execute Test Scripts and Support during hypercare Support Configuration Setup/Deployment in preparation of the Release Investigate and propose new features to secure business value, efficiency and constant evolution in alignment with company's digital journey Build reports to measure the adoption and usage of the Application Follow the Support Process to secure the right level of solution knowledge is available to the Support team Support Critical Incident Management and ensure Service availability for the Application What qualifications will make you successful? To be eligible for VIE Program (under 28 YO, EU nationality, not Spanish) Education: Masters' Degree in Software Development and Project Management Technical Field: Information Technology (Salesforce CRM, HTML/CSS and Javascrip, SCRUM or SAFe methologies) Work experience needed: 1-2 years (internship or similar) Requested languages :the applicant should be perfectly fluent in English (both spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
