Account Payables Expenses Management  - Trainee

At (COMPANY NAME) Partners we are looking for a Finance Intern to join our great team.
We need a person to support us during the summer months (May, June, July, August and September).
When you join, you will be part of the finance team helping to prepare invoices, reviewing accounts and performing other administrative tasks related to the accounting cycle.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main duties will be:
* Introducing expenses invoicing in Oracle account Payables respecting Timming and concrete workflow for AAES01 and AAES02.
* Manage accounting key allocation (account, CP, Budget code).
* Manage e-pangea payment flow.
* Others supporting tasks associated to expense Management workflow.
* Review "cajetines": internal control overdue, extra support to clean historical data.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
* High English level.
* Good management of the Office package. Especially Excel.
* Basic Accounting knowledge valuable.
