As a CRM Campaign Intern, you will join our global CRM team, and you will have the opportunity to manage relationships with one of our Key Stakeholders: the Media Services team.
* Creation of the email communications in collaboration with Design team and Media Service team.
* Work to improve the campaign coordination process, main KPI's, deliverability and general performance of these communications.
* In charge of brief specification, copywriting, url integration, tracking, validation, sending and reporting of Media Service Campaigns.
* Participation on regular catch up with Stakeholders involved in the process to ensure collaboration and best practices sharing.
* Supporting the global CRM Operations team in key projects.
* Bachelor or degree in online marketing or similar.
* Excel (advanced)
* Html (basic)
* Basic knowledge of web analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and deliverability best practices.
* Strong attention to detail,
Valued skills and experience:
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
* High level of written & spoken English,
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge or any email campaign tools,
* Strong organizational skills,
* Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German languages would be a plus
